Job Description:
Our company is an expanding and dynamic export firm in the international market. We are seeking highly a motivated, experienced, and talented
candidate to join ourteam as an Export Operations Specialist to manage and develop international trade processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate export operation processes.
- Organize customer orders, follow-ups, and shipment processes.
- Handle customs procedures, transportation, and logistics processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.
- Stay informed and updated on international trade regulations.
- Conduct international market research and discover new markets.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in a related field, with a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations and international trade.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, logistics, and international trade regulations.
- Proficiency in Chinese; second language English.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
